Advisory Board
The CoCreate Advisory Board brings together international experts from higher education, research, and practice to provide independent guidance and strategic oversight throughout the project. Board members offer critical perspectives on the project’s methodological framework, outputs, and dissemination strategy, helping to ensure that the work remains grounded in current research and responsive to the needs of the wider educational community.
The Advisory Board meets once a year to review the project’s progress and outcomes, provide feedback on key deliverables, and support the dissemination of CoCreate results beyond the immediate consortium. Through their networks and expertise, board members also contribute to the long-term visibility and sustainability of the project.

Kiev Gama is an Associate Professor at the Centro de Informática, Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) – CIn/UFPE. His background is in Software Engineering and Distributed Systems, with part of his research being applied to the context of the Internet of Things and Smart Cities and collaborative work, diversity and inclusion in the contexts of software engineering, education and open innovation.
Daniela Huppenkothen is an Universitair Docent (Assistant Professor) at the Anton Pannekoek Institute for Astronomy, University of Amsterdam, where she does research at the interface of astronomy and data science. Daniela, in her role as an organizer of Astro Hack Week, is very interested in how we can facilitate communication and collaboration both within and between scientific communities.
Rwitajit Majumdar is an Associate Professor at Kumamoto University, Japan. His research focuses on Learning Analytics and Human-data interactions. Specifically, he designs user workflows for data-informed decision-making. Given any technology-enhanced learning context, he investigates the user and system interactions based on the log data generated while the user operates in the technology platform to complete their set tasks.
